Last night, The Queen and i decided to show the CO fam, that we weren't entirely illitre', and whipped this out for their salivatory delight...
Le Menu:
Linguine w/ Artichokes and Mushrooms in White Sauce
Grilled Lime Pepper crusted Chicken breast (handmade lime pepper ta boot!)
Paneed Asparagus w/ bacon and onion
Garlic and Cheese Foccacia
and last but not least:
Coconut Cream Pie
(no, i din't make it i got it at Village Inn on the way out the store with the other fixin's)
I do love's me some vittles!

When my father retired from teaching, he started baking. His specialty was coconut cream pie - I will give you his recipe sometime.
