Rather than love, than money, than fame, give me truth. I sat at a table where were rich food and wine in abundance, and obsequious attendance, but sincerity and truth were not; and I went away hungry from the inhospitable board.

Apologies...
If i promise to write something later this evening, will you be happy with this? This one always makes me happy...with a hat tip and a "thankya ma'am" to Jewel's for the reminder...
Jesse fell in love with Dean Martin and Ricky Nelson by watching that very scene. If she sets the Pandora radio, you can bet it will be one of those two singers.
What a great scene. I have to claim ignorance that I have never scene it but love the smooth melodies that Dean Martin has ever sang. Thanks for sharing. It is obvious why it makes you smile.
Its my favorite John Wayne's (as the older Royals are wont to refer to him as). Every time i catch it running on TCM or AMC i hang out awhile sometimes just to hear the DeGuello.
