Dropkick was everything one would expect from an Irish punk band from Boston, loud, raucous, disorderly...and most of all...just plain ole fun. At the end of the show they let as many as could fit on stage with them as they played "Shippin' Up To Boston"...i have no idea how they played what with the drunken, rambunctious tumult all around them...but they did and it was a crazy good time. Yes, we (Moondawg, The Flying Dutchman, and myself) stayed out of the thick of the frenzy and most sober. We had met up with some old friends of mine and we basically just tried to keep the rollicking, riotous human ocean from rolling over the one girl of the group...i know, it sounds like insanity unrestrained, but for the most part everyone is there just to have a good time and enjoy the show...the bouncers take care of the real idiots.
That's really all i have time for right now...The Queen has a well earned weekday off, and we are going to make the most of it, as soon as we get school over and done with (hopefully by noon). So, i'll leave you with this little audio cafe au lait... i could seriously hang with this brotha... i love Keb'Mo...you just can't listen and not have a bobble headed smile...

Glad you survived and had a great time.
I loves me some Keb Mo, too!
*still clapping*
Wow, you tend to put up better music than me. Before watching this, my favorite Keb Mo tune was "That's Not Love". Now it has competition.
So strange. Am listening to Keb Mo right now thru my iTunes and then I surf over here to see you with the YouTube link.
And even stranger - daughter of friends went to see Dropkick in Boston this past Friday.
