Rather than love, than money, than fame, give me truth. I sat at a table where were rich food and wine in abundance, and obsequious attendance, but sincerity and truth were not; and I went away hungry from the inhospitable board. Henry David Thoreau (1817 - 1862)

New Piper Poll...
Upon further reflection of the previous post "A Tantalizing Puzzle..." and the results thereof...and because i just like to do it. I'm creating a new poll. You'll have plenty of time to make your choice since the poll will close sometime in the middle of June, or forty weeks (beginning some blessed evening in mid-Oct.), whichever comes first.

Proving once again that educated does not equal smart, I have to ask, what is it we're voting for?
Ah! Yet you have also proved that education tends toward asking the right qweschuns.
The question being...
The Queen is eating for two...will it be snips and snails, and puppy dog tails or sugar and spice, and everything nice?
I voted. I think it will be snips and snails and puppy dog tails.
I'm guessing that the already here little mr. snips and snails will be needing a bit of help managing the two princesses later on in life, so I'm gonna vote the same as Ashley. Besides mr. piper it's a good thing to have a balance, you don't want to be continually out voted in the future concerning important household issues such as "Okay guys and gals, what's it going to be? Do you want to watch Cinderella again or Elk hunting in the Rockies?"
Wouldn't it technically be "Piper, Jr."? I'm confused, but believe me, today it wouldn't take much to confuse me.
Wow! Really cool names! Albeit I DO like Seamus I can only imagine how often the pronunciation of the poor child's name will be mutilated by the general public who are not "atuned" to the Gaelic flavoring of such a name. Seamus Palmer - I LOVE IT! It's unusual, it's individual! The other one....I had not a clue how to pronounce it!
Piper Palmer is okay.
Drummer is great for a boy's name! Again - it's individualistic and unique.
Some clarification, the Seamus and Ceitidh (Katy) is only for designating your vote for "boy" or "girl" the Piper or Drummer is your vote for your thoughts concerning should said child be a piper or drummer. This is causing entirely too much confusion due to my own lack of stating the rules of the game, sorry about that. I should've made all that clearer.
